Falls City Remodeling dba HouseReady is a Louisville-based home maintenance and repair services company helping homeowners keep their homes safe, functional, and "ready" for daily living and emergencies. We provide trusted, high quality maintenance and repair solutions throughout greater Louisville and southern Indiana.

We're now hiring skilled, dependable Handymen/Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy helping homeowners, we'd love to meet you.

Job Summary
As a Falls City Remodeling dba HouseReady technician, you'll perform a wide variety of residential maintenance and repair tasks - both interior and exterior. You'll use your skills in multiple trades to complete work orders, routine inspections, and client requests efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Perform general home repairs and preventive maintenance
Handle light plumbing, light electrical, and general HVAC maintenance
Perform trim, woodworking, drywall, and finish carpentry tasks
Diagnose and resolve basic household repair issues
Maintain a clean, organized workspace, and professional appearance
Communicate clearly with clients and the office team regarding job status and materials needed

Required Experience & Skills
2+ years of hands on residential maintenance or repair experience
Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC basics
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work safely

What we Offer
Competitive pay: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience
Full-Time year round work
Monday to Friday 8 hour shift (occasional weekend as needed)
Local routes - home every night
