US Salary Range: $25.00 To $32.00 Hourly D u t i e s a n d R e s p o n s i b i l i t i e s Theessentialfunctionsinclude,butarenotlimitedtothefollowing: Supportcasemanagementcompany-widebyperformingskiptraces,assistingwithescalatedclaimant communicationsituations,helpingwithIVRsandsocialmediaandorganizingthecompany’sdocument retentioninitiative DirectlysupportthemanagementofcaseswithProjectManagementstaff Assistwithimplementingthedetailedprojectplantomonitorandtrackprogress Createandmaintaincomprehensiveprojectdocumentation,includingbutnotlimitedtoatimelyupdate ofstatuses,deadlines,tasksownership,etc. Monitorandcommunicatethestatusofprojectswithrespecttomilestones,schedulecommitments Assistwiththecoordinationofinternalresourcesandthirdparties/vendorsfortheflawlessexecutionof projects Assistwiththecreationandexecutionofcaseinvoices Reviewthedocumentationpertainingtosettlementagreements,ensuringafullanddeepunderstanding ofthecase Assistwiththeprocessing,deduplication,normalization,optimization,andanalysisoflargeamountsof data,includethepreparationofrequisitereports Ensureallclaimsandincomingcorrespondenceareprocessedtimelyandaccuratelyaccordingto settlementagreements Reviewclaimsandsupportingdocumentationtodetermineeligibilityofclaim F ollowadjudicationpoliciesandprocedurestoensureproperpaymentofclaimsandorplacementin appropriateprogram Researchandrespondto noticepacketrequesttimelyandaccurately Skip Tracing undeliverable notices and checks Resolveproblemsresultingfromclaimsadjudication Assistprojectmanagementstaffwiththedistributionofsettlementbenefitstoeligibleclaimants, includingpostdistributionservices,asneeded Protect the secrecy of confidential information qualifications Maintainhighlevelofcustomerserviceto clientsandclaimantswhilepositivelyrepresentingthe organization Continuallyworktowardstrengtheningindustryknowledgeandallrelevantapplications Communicateregularlyandeffectivelywithallcolleagues Exhibitaveryorganizedapproachedandsuperiorattentiontodetails Meetregularlywithmanagersto providefeedbackandfacilitatecommunication Adheretoall businessprocesseswhileperformingtasks Abletotakeonnewtasksandresponsibilitiesasneeded Performotherwork-relateddutiesasassignedbymanagement Qualifications Qualificationsinclude: 1-2yearsofprojectsupportorassociateexperiencein business, accounting,finance,paralegalorotherrelatedfield Minimumof1-2yearsof relatedexperienceandademonstratedtrackrecordofaccomplishments F inancial,insurance,andlegalindustryexperiencepreferred Demonstrateahighdegreeofproductivitywhilehandlingmultipletaskssimultaneously Abilitytoperformcomfortablyinafast-paced,deadline-orientedworkenvironment Excellentwritten,verbal,communication,andresearchskillsamust Abilitytobeflexibletoadaptandactquicklywhenurgentmattersrequireit Abilitytoworkandmaintainpatiencewithdiversifiedindividualsofvariousethnicbackgroundsand professionalcompetencies Projectapositive,professionalimagetowardclients,vendorsandstaffinallinteractionsandsituations Aggressiveproblemdiagnosisandcreativeproblem-solvingskills Maintainthehighestlevelofconfidentiality Excellent attention to detail Must be an independent worker Problemanalysisandproblemresolutionatbothastrategicandfunctionallevel Mustbeauthorizedtoworkin theUnitedStateswithoutsponsorship Physical and Mental Demands Thephysicaldemandsdescribedherearerepresentativeofthosethatmustbemetbyanemployeetosuccessfully performtheessentialfunctionsof thisposition.Reasonableaccommodationsmaybemadeto enableindividuals withdisabilitiestoperformthefunctions.
