The HR Director serves as a strategic and operational HR leader supporting a technically skilled and safety‑critical workforce within the chemical and/or oil & gas sector. This role is responsible for driving talent and workforce planning, enhancing organizational culture and performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing compensation, benefits, and day‑to‑day HR operation

s.

• nningPartner with senior leadership to develop short‑ and long‑term workforce plans aligned with production needs, regulatory requirements, and business growth strate
• gies.Lead full‑cycle recruitment for technical, commercial, and operational roles, ensuring the attraction of talent suited for high‑risk industrial environm
• ents.Analyze labor market trends, skills shortages, and workforce risks to inform hiring and retention strate
• gies.Oversee a structured onboarding program that ensures compliance, safety orientation, and cultural integra

tion.
