In this role, the Salesperson meets with prospective customers, identifies their needs, and presents suitable Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicle options. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include greeting customers in the showroom and on the lot, conducting test drives, explaining vehicle features, and discussing pricing and financing options in coordination with the finance team. The Salesperson is expected to follow up with leads, maintain accurate records in dealership systems, and build strong relationships that encourage repeat and referral business. This role also involves staying up to date on product knowledge, current promotions, and market trends to support effective, ethical selling. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with a wide range of customers. Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close deals in a professional manner. Basic knowledge of automotive products or a willingness to learn vehicle features, trims, and financing options quickly. Comfort using dealership systems and basic computer applications for lead tracking, documentation, and scheduling.
