Job Overview Pay: $10.00 to $14.00 per hour plus commission up to 8% (average additional $3.64 per hour). We offer a commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Responsibilities Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions. Performs non‑management open/close procedures. Maintains a clean, stocked sales floor and merchandise display. Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements. Handles all cash and negotiable items in line with policies and regulations. Answers incoming calls per company standards. Explains the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions effectively. Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, using respectful communication tools. Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience. Completes the assigned training successfully. Other related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, etc.). Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified. May be asked to assist a customer outside the store or retrieve products from exterior storage areas. Minimum age: 18 years old. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team‑oriented. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently. Cash handling experience preferred. Can work at multiple locations as business needs dictate. Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays. Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
