About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take on a pivotal role in overseeing the firm's operations, investment processes, and ecosystem initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, building and improving internal systems, and managing legal, finance, compliance, and administrative operations. Additionally, the COO will coordinate deal flow, due diligence, and investment execution, as well as maintain portfolio and investment reporting systems. A key aspect of the role is to work closely with the Founder & General Partner to build a scalable venture platform that supports founders, investors, and portfolio companies. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a background in venture capital, startups, private equity, consulting, or operations leadership. The role requires strong organizational and project management skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives, and a deep understanding of startup ecosystems and venture investing. The COO will also be tasked with overseeing founder engagement, managing strategic programs, and coordinating resources across the company's ecosystem. Strong communication, relationship management skills, and a focus on driving operational excellence are essential.
