Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine Physician Assistant (PA) StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75 This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician Assistant (PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Various shifts needed starting in August 2026 for 3 months.
• Patients per day: 15
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Scope: Standard Primary Care
• State Licensure: New York Medical License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and must be Board Certified.
• Credentialing Timeframe: None
