- Manage full-cycle property AP and AR for assigned retail centers
- Prepare CAM reconciliations (CAM RECs) for multitenant properties
- Track, analyze, and reconcile tenant ledgers
- Post and process journal entries for month-end close
- Issue and prepare invoices; apply and track tenant payments
- Perform intercompany AR/AP reconciliations
- Complete monthly credit card reconciliations
- Assist Controller with accounting transactions and monthly reconciliations
- Support Property Management and Brokerage teams with payment processing
- Execute ad hoc accounting and financial projects as needed
- 2 - 5 years of Commercial Real Estate Accounting experience required
- Knowledge of NNN (Triple Net) leases required
- Experience with accounting ERP software required
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping Certificate preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks and Yardi Voyager highly preferred
