Senior Billing Specialist

To support the Order-to-Cash team, the full-time Senior Billing Specialist will manage the accurate preparation of customer invoices, contract processing, and billing documentation for a global customer base, working in a remote or hybrid setting. Key responsibilities Process a full range of contracts and manage various deal types, including new business, renewals, and terminations Execute month-end and mid-month billing cycles across all product lines, ensuring timely resolution of billing inquiries and issues Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and support cross-functional projects Required qualifications 5+ years of invoicing and billing experience, preferably with SaaS products and global customers Proficiency in financial software and large ERP systems, with experience in Zuora, Salesforce, and Workday preferred Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology-related company is a plus
