Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview Full‑time Marketing Coordinator at Cullinan Properties, located in Oak Brook, IL. The role supports corporate marketing for the Rock Run Collection development and requires onsite presence as needed. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management – oversee daily activities, create content, schedule posts, and engage audience across platforms. Marketing Administration – develop and update customized marketing packages and collateral for leadership and leasing teams. Marketing Inventory Management – maintain and update marketing materials and inventory. Project Management – coordinate departmental projects, manage checklists, documentation and ensure tasks stay on track. Rock Run Collection Support – lead marketing support for the development, coordinating materials, events and initiatives with onsite presence as needed. Reporting & Analytics – track, analyze and report on social media and digital campaigns to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements. Market Research – conduct research to identify trends, audience insights and opportunities to enhance strategies. Email Marketing & E‑blasts – support creation and distribution of email campaigns, newsletters and announcements. Maintain strict confidentiality for all company and project information. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications 1‑3 years of marketing experience or related field. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred (project management focus acceptable). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Office365, Outlook, Teams, WordPress and social media platforms. Experience in both digital and traditional marketing. Strong project‑management skills with ability to keep projects organized and on track. Experience with marketing reporting and data analysis (Google Analytics or social media insights). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professionalism and responsiveness to stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Critical thinking, good judgement and problem‑solving under pressure. Willingness to accept feedback and maintain a growth‑oriented mindset. Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty and drive. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship required. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
