Make a meaningful difference as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist or Assistant, delivering essential communication services to a diverse caseload of 18-22 students, predominantly those with autism spectrum disorder. This full-time opportunity offers a steady schedule of 37.5 hours per week across five days, with the potential to transition into an ESY and continued assignment for the 2026/2027 school year. On-site safety care training ensures you’re fully prepared for this enriching environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Rhode Island Speech License required
• Experienced SLPs (CCC), Clinical Fellows (CFY), and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) are welcome
• Strong interest or background in working with the ASD population
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and adapting to unique student needs
• Commitment to completing on-site safety care training

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy, assessments, and ongoing support tailored to each student's IEP
• Partner with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student growth
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each student
• Engage in IEP meetings and contribute insight for individualized strategies
• Foster a safe, positive atmosphere that values every student's potential
