What You’ll Do Lead Generation (Setter Role)

• Knock residential neighborhoods to generate qualified homeowner leads
• Introduce Nova Windows and spark interest in window/door upgrades
• Attend daily meetings with the team in Salt Lake
• Set in-home or virtual appointments for consultations
• Educate homeowners on energy efficiency, home value, and product benefits

Sales Conversion (After Promotion to Closer Role)

• Run in-home consultations and present tailored solutions
• Walk homeowners through product options, pricing, and installation process
• Build trust through a consultative, no-pressure sales approach
• Close deals and ensure a smooth handoff to the installation team

What You’re Selling

• Premium windows and doors designed for durability, efficiency, and aesthetics
• Professional installation with start-to-finish project management
