HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Industrial HR, Chemical Plant HR, Refinery HR, Manufacturing HR, Employee Relations, Site HR, Operational HR, Workforce Planning, Plant Operations, Heavy Industry, Human Resources THE ROLE Act as the on‑site HR payroll and benefits correspondent supporting managers and employees across engineering, operations, maintenance, projects, safety, and commercial functions. Deliver core HR activities including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, and policy guidance. Build strong relationships across the plant to support engagement, retention, and organisational effectiveness while ensuring consistent HR practices. Partner with operational leadership to support a safe, high‑performing workforce within a regulated industrial environment. THE PERSON Previous HR payroll and benefits experience within industrial environments such as chemical plants, refineries, terminals, tank farms, manufacturing facilities, or heavy industry operations. Experience supporting technical and operational populations including engineers, technicians, operators, project teams, maintenance personnel, and field‑based employees. Strong understanding of employee relations, stakeholder management, and delivering HR solutions in fast‑paced site environments. Practical, visible, and relationship‑led approach with the confidence to influence across all levels of an operational business. The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.
