Candidate RequirementsBoard Certification

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS)

Fellowship Training

Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty Fellowship Preferred

Licensure Requirements

Eligible for:
- Iowa Medical License
- Illinois Medical License

Revision Hip Arthroplasty
