Join a growing, high-performing team as an Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon. This is an exciting opportunity to be a foundational member of a new and rapidly growing orthopedic practice. You will have the autonomy to shape and elevate a comprehensive sports medicine program in a vibrant community. We are looking for a surgeon skilled in advanced arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, cartilage restoration, shoulder and knee surgery, and comprehensive care for athletes and active adults. With a strong referral network, dedicated OR access, and robust APP support, you will step into immediate case volume. This practice is designed for long-term success. You will build a premier sports program with clinical pathways and community partnerships. There is high-volume case potential across shoulder, knee, and general sports injuries. The role features a collaborative care model with physical therapy, trainers, primary care, emergency medicine, anesthesia, and pain management. Experience work-life balance with a predictable schedule, shared call, and strong support. This practice includes Level III Trauma Center services with a call rotation of 1:8 for evenings and weekends. Dedicated APP support is provided along with a strong referral base from primary care, urgent care, and athletic programs. Excellent OR access is available in a collaborative environment.
