Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their social, emotional, and psychological needs, employing standardized tools and customized interviews.

• Provide one-on-one counseling as well as group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique experiences.

• Develop, implement, and monitor service plans that align with clients’ goals, incorporating insights from interdisciplinary teamwork.

• Act as an advocate for clients' rights, ensuring their access to vital resources, and actively participating in pressing social justice issues.

• Contribute to program evaluation, development, and grant reporting by documenting client progress and outcomes in collaboration with management.

• Engage in community outreach efforts, enhancing service visibility through participation in workshops, seminars, and special events.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay informed about emerging best practices in clinical social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets individuals and families facing a variety of challenges, including mental health issues, trauma, socioeconomic obstacles, and systemic barriers. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
