Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Crosscare Mental Health Clinic, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with clients to create personalized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Utilizing strategies such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, problem-solving therapy, and motivational interviewing to empower clients in achieving their therapy goals.

• Engaging with a network of healthcare professionals, including psychologists and primary care providers, to foster an integrated approach to client care.

• Regularly monitoring client progress and responses to therapies, both in-person and remotely, to refine treatment approaches effectively.

• Supporting medical teams with the management of psychotropic medications, focusing on adherence, evaluating side effects, and ensuring treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will meet the following minimum qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
