Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial client intakes to understand their mental health history and needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through virtual settings, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored to individual client goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions as appropriate, utilizing therapeutic frameworks that align with clients' specific circumstances.

• Administer mental health assessments and utilize diagnostic tools to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all clinical interactions and treatment plans in line with compliance standards and organizational guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LICSW at HealthLink, you will work with a diverse array of patients, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our clients include adults from various backgrounds, many of whom may have limited access to traditional mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required for this position.

• An active and valid LICSW license in Washington State is mandatory for engaging in therapeutic practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
