Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive mental health services to a diverse patient demographic, conducting all sessions primarily through telehealth video or phone calls.

• Deliver evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient, ensuring personalized care approaches.

• Conduct thorough patient intakes and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans, while also facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions as needed.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring that each patient’s physical, emotional, and psychological needs are addressed comprehensively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current independent licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the State of Washington.
