Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring approaches that suit each client's needs and circumstances.

• Perform thorough psychosocial assessments to gauge clients' mental health needs and guide treatment planning.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that are continually revised based on clients' progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other specialists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain meticulous and secure records of client interactions, progress, and treatment; ensure that documentation is submitted in a timely manner.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients during acute episodes to ensure their safety and emotional well-being.

• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities, attending team meetings and workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n
