Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and experience to independently formulate psychosocial diagnoses, ensuring tailored care for each patient.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and challenges.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing, to foster engagement and sustainable behavioral change.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, primary care providers, and community resources, to deliver integrated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of patients.

• Monitor patients’ progress through consistent follow-up, tracking treatment responses and adjusting plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic objectives.

• Assist with psychotropic medication management by providing insights on adherence, addressing side effects, and evaluating treatment efficacy, in collaboration with medical providers.

You will primarily work with individuals from diverse backgrounds who face an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
