Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and experience to independently assess patients and formulate accurate psychosocial diagnoses.

• Collaborate closely with patients to develop comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, such as motivational interviewing, solution-focused treatment, and problem-solving therapy, tailored to individual patient needs.

• Engage in systematic tracking of treatment effectiveness, monitoring patient progress either in-person or through virtual consultations, ensuring that treatment goals are met.

• Coordinate treatment efforts with other healthcare providers, including psychologists and primary care physicians, promoting an integrated and holistic approach to patient care.

• Support the management of psychotropic medications prescribed by medical providers, focusing on adherence, potential side effects, and treatment efficacy.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans to comply with legal and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals with various mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently in the state of Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy independently as a licensed clinician is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

While 1 year of experience is the baseline requirement, candidates with additional experience in community mental health settings and those familiar with telehealth practices will be at an advantage. A background in crisis intervention and treatment of severe mental health cases is also highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
