Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for a diverse client base, utilizing evidence-based practices to address mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interventions using our designated EHR system.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans and client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including supervision and peer review sessions.

• Participate in marketing efforts, providing feedback to optimize client engagement strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support when necessary, ensuring safety and mental stability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults aged 18 and over, catering to clients from various backgrounds and communities. While experience with the LGBTQIA+ community and men’s mental health concerns is preferred, we welcome applicants who are ready to engage with and support all individuals in their quest for mental well-being. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LICSW license in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Experience providing psychotherapy to diverse populations, with an understanding of the unique needs of minority groups.

• Professional malpractice insurance must be maintained at all times.

Compensation and Benefits\n
