Work Environment\n

This position offers full-time employment with the convenience of a remote work setting. Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose patients as needed, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. Based on these assessments, you will develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique cultural and personal needs.

  Continuously monitor patient progress through regular evaluations, delivering timely interventions and strategies that align with the specific mental health diagnoses.

  Maintain meticulous treatment records, reports, and clinical documentation in accordance with legal regulations and organizational policies, utilizing current technological tools for accuracy and efficiency.

  Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to create and adjust comprehensive treatment plans that prioritize patient safety and desired health outcomes.

  Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Highland Rivers offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
