This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As part of our remote team, you will utilize secure telehealth platforms to connect with clients, conduct assessments, and implement treatment plans. Our flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM accommodate diverse scheduling needs, promoting accessibility for both our staff and the people we serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions through encrypted telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for all clients.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to gather relevant information regarding clients' mental health, functional status, and needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with the therapeutic goals of your clients and employ evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Engage proactively in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support and referrals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations using our electronic health records system, ensuring all client interactions are appropriately logged.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, dietitians, and other therapists, to provide integrated care and support for our clients.
