Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and quality of care.

• Conduct thorough client assessments and collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to guide clients through their mental health challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention and make appropriate referrals to additional resources, when necessary, to ensure comprehensive client support.

• Maintain precise, HIPAA-compliant documentation in our electronic health records system, ensuring that all client interactions and treatment plans are accurately recorded.

• Collaborate routinely with other clinicians and support staff to foster a cohesive team environment and enhance service delivery for our clients.

• Manage your own schedule and caseload, allowing for flexibility to work either part-time or full-time hours based on your preferences.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).

• Active Washington State LCSW License is mandatory to practice.
