Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct confidential therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing best practices in virtual counseling.

• Complete comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' mental health history, build rapport, and establish a therapeutic relationship.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, taking into account various therapeutic modalities.

• Provide ongoing mental health support, including crisis intervention, referrals, and resource guidance as appropriate.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring all client interactions are documented clearly and accurately.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case discussions, and continuous professional development workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with diverse adult and adolescent clients who may be dealing with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling, from an accredited institution.

• Current, active license in Washington State (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC). Candidates who are either newly licensed or have less than two years of experience are encouraged to apply as well.

• Demonstrated ability to assess, develop, and implement effective treatment plans based on individual client assessments.

• Proficiency in using digital therapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of experience in a mental health counseling environment, with a strong ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Prior experience using telehealth technologies to deliver therapy services.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.) and evidence-based practices pertinent to mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
