Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring accurate treatment planning and intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our Hospice Center initiative, you will provide supportive services to clients navigating the complexities of end-of-life care and bereavement. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Candidates must possess an active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
