This role is performed remotely, allowing flexibility while engaging with clients through virtual sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your daily tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to evaluate client situations and identify their unique needs.

• Providing individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques to foster recovery.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, continually assessing and adjusting strategies based on their progress.

The client population you will support primarily consists of individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders, along with co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A valid master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience delivering clinical social work services, preferably in settings focused on addiction and mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
