Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the needs and strengths of clients, which inform individualized treatment plans and discharge strategies.

• Engage in regular therapy sessions with clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to their specific emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, in compliance with departmental policies and regulatory standards.

• Provide crisis management and intervention services, helping clients navigate immediate emotional and behavioral concerns which may arise during treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on children and adolescents facing emotional, behavioral, and developmental problems arising from past trauma or adverse experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of three years of unsupervised post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, particularly working with children and adolescents.

• Proficient in telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems, with strong computer skills encompassing word processing, spreadsheets, and clinical documentation tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
