Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual.

• Provide effective counseling and support, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques in both individual and group session settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals and families from various backgrounds, many of whom face barriers related to socio-economic status, mental health, and access to community resources. You will work to empower these groups, fostering resilience and promoting long-term positive change through tailored interventions and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• Strong understanding of social justice principles, advocacy skills, and trauma-informed care practices.

• Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to demonstrate empathy and maintain strong organizational abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
