Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Life Engagement Counseling Center, you will:

• Directly engage with clients both in virtual clinical sessions and within local community settings, conducting thorough assessments and implementing appropriate treatment plans.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance common goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared responsibility.

• Utilize evidence-based screening methods to identify client needs, ensuring appropriate follow-up assessments when necessary.

• Create and manage individual integrated care plans, connecting clients to diverse services and facilitating communication among clients, family members, and various healthcare providers.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work and a valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
