Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. This role involves working in a dynamic and technical environment where you will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide both direct and indirect occupational therapy services to assigned patients.
- Utilize the Occupational Therapy Act/Rules process, which includes evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing reassessment, and discharge planning.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Occupational Therapy.
- Possession of a valid Texas License or Temporary License.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Demonstrate accountability for your performance and patient care.
- Flexible PRN hours, primarily on weekends with some availability during weekdays.
Our facility is the first comprehensive acute care hospital in the Midlothian area, serving both Midlothian and northern Ellis County. We operate a 46-bed hospital designed for future expansion as the community grows. Our services range from emergency care and advanced surgical procedures to imaging and labor and delivery. We are equipped with 16 emergency department beds, two operating suites, and the latest in medical technology.
