Job Title: UX / UI Designer
Location: Remote
Duration: 3-4 Months

Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of UX/UI design experience
• Strong portfolio of enterprise portals, intranets, or knowledge platforms
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision
• Expertise in accessibility design (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Experience designing for SharePoint Online and M365
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
Technical & Domain Expertise
• Information architecture and content modeling
• Interaction design and prototyping
• Accessibility design and compliance testing
• SharePoint design patterns and Fluent UI
• Brand systems and design tokens
Soft Skills & Leadership Behaviors
• Empathy and user-centered thinking
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills
• Collaborative and iterative mindset
• Attention to detail and craftsmanship
Certifications
• Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC)
• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification
• Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate (design specialization)
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE)
• IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) - preferred
