Hospitalist Physician Needed in Washington for a Skilled Nursing Facility Position

$250k/yr Your compensation offer will be calculated according to your experience, qualifications, and the complexity of the role. Shift length, call, and overtime may positively impact compensation. Please reach out to your consultant for more information.

Quick Facts

Monday Friday schedule with physician-controlled rounding hours
Separate on-call team handles primary call; minimal backup coverage only
Manageable daily census of 16 18 patients across 1 2 facilities per day
No procedures required and no independent ventilator management
Physician-led post-acute group dedicated to quality SNF care
Opportunity to take on a Medical Director role as the practice grows
APP supervision and leadership collaboration with regional and executive team
Board-eligible or board-certified IM, FP, or Geriatrics; no visa sponsorship
