Job Title: Personal Trainer / Session Coach (Part-Time)

Location: Tysons Corner, VA

Job Type: Part-Time (20–28 hours/week with growth potential)

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule

Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

At OsteoStrong Tysons , we are not a traditional gym. We utilize a safe, science-based approach to help members improve bone health, strength, balance, and overall longevity. Many of our members manage osteoporosis or osteopenia and rely on us for guidance, reassurance, and measurable results.

We are seeking an empathetic, disciplined, and detail-oriented Personal Trainer / Session Coach to deliver structured, one-on-one precision coaching in a calm, professional studio environment.

What You’ll Do

One-on-One Coaching: Guide members safely through 1-on-1 sessions, ensuring precise positioning and technique. (No high-intensity bootcamps or group classes).
Progress Assessments: Conduct baseline and recurring assessments (every 1–3 months) for grip strength, balance, and posture tracking.
Member Education: Educate members on OsteoStrong modalities, foster a welcoming atmosphere, and celebrate their health wins.
Studio Operations: Maintain equipment cleanliness, support smooth scheduling, and uphold strict safety and hygiene standards.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

Certifications: NASM, ACE, ACSM, CSCS, or equivalent.
Relevant Backgrounds: Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA), Chiropractic Assistants, Athletic Training, or Exercise Physiology.
New graduates, semi-retired professionals, and former collegiate athletes are strongly encouraged to apply.
