Genesis HCC is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead overall operations of our skilled nursing and long-term care center. You will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining full compliance with federal and state regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical and support departments, driving quality and survey readiness, managing budgets and census, and developing a high-performing, compassionate team. You will partner closely with residents, families, and staff to foster a culture of respect, integrity, and collaboration, while advancing performance and growth within the Genesis HealthCare network.
