Responsibilities Lead and manage a talented work cell crew, ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met. Drive efficiency and effectiveness, maintaining adherence to defined procedures while championing safety and quality. Engage in problem‑solving and root cause analysis to optimize production processes. Play a key role in performance management, training, and development within your team. Communicate crucial production metrics across different levels of the organization. Assist in coordinating workloads, monitoring issues, and ensuring production targets, KPIs, and quality standards are met. Ensure people and resources are applied efficiently and effectively, and that the team follows standard work procedures while achieving quality and safety standards. Reinforce and lead by example full adherence to 5’s (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices. Support work order closures and stock control transactions. Perform root cause analysis, resolve problems in the work cell, and keep management fully communicated throughout the process. Participate in continuous training and development as required. Assist management with routine performance, quality, safety, and attendance corrective actions with employees in your work cell. Communicate and maintain your work cell’s production metrics and information, and at times communicate results to various levels of the organization in both formal and informal settings. Monitor time and attendance and ensure compliance with policy. Carry out incident, accident and non‑conformity investigations and associated reporting and action closure. Interface with Production Scheduling to determine schedules for shift production. Lead by example, developing a culture of respect and teamwork for all. Qualifications 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with SAP and ability to learn transaction execution. Proven leadership skills with a knack for fostering teamwork and respect. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Opportunity to lead by example and grow your leadership skills. Company‑paid 10‑hour OSHA training and Lean 101 training. High School Diploma in General Studies (or equivalent). Ability to learn and execute transactions in SAP. Ability to participate and lead in a team‑oriented environment. 10‑hour OSHA training required (company paid). Lean 101 training. Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop leadership skills that bring teams together. Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
