You’ll be: Overseeing and assisting with accounting activities in accordance with GAAP Assisting the Controller with daily accounting tasks, including customer payments, collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, account reconciliations, inventory, credit inquiries, and corporate audits Supporting sales administration, sales tax, inventory management, audits, and special projects as needed Providing backup for sales orders/invoices and supporting regional sales managers Assisting with miscellaneous administration duties as needed in addition to crosstraining in other areas Future responsibilities may include payroll processing, onboarding new hires, maintaining records, benefit billings, training scheduling, and client follow-up This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required) Possess corporate accounting experience Are a team player, ready to help others and collaborate across departments Are detail-oriented and organized, with strong communication skills.
