What You'll Do
As a Barista at Crisp Cannoli, you'll play a key role in making every customer's day a little brighter. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing a variety of coffee drinks with precision and care, using an espresso machine.
- Following recipes to ensure every drink meets our high standards for quality and consistency.
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service to create a welcoming experience.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting with other café tasks as needed to keep things running efficiently.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who:
- Has at least 1 year of experience working as a Barista or in a similar role.
- Is skilled in using an espresso machine and understands the art of coffee preparation.
- Is passionate about coffee and enjoys creating drinks that delight customers.
- Pays close attention to detail and follows recipes to deliver consistent results every time.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
