Pediatrician (MD/DO) – Part-Time or Full-Time Watch Us Grow Pediatrics | Trenton, MI Watch Us Grow Pediatrics is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Physician to join our purpose-driven, collaborative, and family-centered team. We are growing and looking for a pediatrician who values meaningful patient relationships, a supportive team, and a sustainable, flexible schedule. Position Highlights Part-time or full-time options (2–4 days per week) Outpatient only – no hospital rounding Creative scheduling and work-life balance prioritized Daily patient volumes of ~16–20 Shared home call rotation 1:5 (low volume, equitable) Courtesy staff privileges at Corewell Health – no inpatient duties Role Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a supportive, team-based environment Complete charting, follow-ups, and communication with families Manage labs, reports, and medical forms Participate in shared home call Maintain CME, Michigan medical license, and ABP MOC requirements Uphold WUG’s Core Values and contribute positively to our culture Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Active Michigan Medical License (or eligibility to obtain) Commitment to collaborative, family-centered care Enthusiasm for practicing in a values-driven community setting Why Join Watch Us Grow Pediatrics?
