**Join Our Dynamic Telemetry Team as a Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Be a vital part of our healthcare team, evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. - Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to individual patient needs. - Assess, prioritize, and implement appropriate patient care through effective planning and intervention. - Develop and coordinate individualized care plans based on initial and ongoing assessments. - Initiate assessments driven by patient problems, physician diagnoses, and functional health frameworks. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions to enhance patient well-being. - Manage patient care effectively, ensuring adherence to care standards and clinical priorities. - Document care meticulously, focusing on standards of practice and patient acuity. - Advocate for evidence-based practices, supporting innovations in care delivery. - Provide patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing practice models. - Embrace other duties and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to a well-rounded healthcare experience. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry experience required. **Preferred Skills & Experience:** - N/A **Education:** - Required: ASN from an accredited school of nursing. - Preferred: BSN and Telemetry Certification or Telemetry Competency Exam. **Certifications & Licensure:** - Required: - BLS - AHA - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license - NIHSS - Telemetry Certification - CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours) - Preferred: N/A **Schedule Notes:** - Job Title: Registered Nurse / Telemetry Observation Unit - Shift: Day (645am-715pm) - Hours Per Week: 36 - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend - Float Requirement: May be required to float to other inpatient telemetry units **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
