Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehabilitation care in our inpatient and home-based settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, functional mobility, and use of assistive devices. You will document patient progress, educate patients and families, and help create a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centric rehab services and contribute to strong clinical outcomes and your own career growth.
