Bartender Position Available

Three Creeks Kitchen + Cocktails is seeking a Bartender to join our team! We are a new local management-owned Casual Fine Dining restaurant, serving Chef-Inspired Local Favorites in the glass and on the plate. Through blending innovation, approachability, and exceptional service we strive to be more than a restaurant.

As a Bartender at the heart of our team, you'll craft high-quality cocktails, create memorable guest experiences, and maintain an expected level of organization, all while contributing to the restaurant's success.

Our Associates are at the heart of everything we do. They bring energy, creativity, and a strong sense of teamwork to every shift. As a Bartender, your role is to craft and serve top-notch cocktails swiftly, all while fostering great guest experiences and keeping the bar clean and organized. The bar chef plays a key part in the restaurant's success by driving sales, following company recipes, and ensuring accurate payment for every beverage served.

Responsibilities include preparing and presenting cocktails in alignment with company quality standards, arriving for shifts promptly, upholding positive hygiene and cleanliness practices, demonstrating hospitality, collaborating with management and team members, adhering to safety, health, and sanitation regulations, and following all duties, standards, and procedures outlined in the associate handbook.

Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending, mixology or hospitality certification, knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items, legal age to serve alcoholic beverages, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, excellent customer service and time management skills, ability to work well in a team environment, and motivation to make an impact and personally contribute to the success of the restaurant.

Compensation: $5.25 per hour
