HR Coordinator

Human Resources CoordinatorWe are currently looking for a full time Human Resources Coordinator to manage the hiring and onboarding of new employees for our company. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Interview applicants and make hiring decisions based on each candidate's set of skills and qualificationsHire and onboard new employees by adding employees to all company online systemsManage background checks for new and existing employeesMaintain each employee's personnel file and ensure all files contain required forms and documentationManage government contract requirements and compliance (such as government-specific contracting requirements, including specific background checks, vaccinations, clearance checks, etc.)Conduct orientation meetings with new employees to explain company policiesAnswer office phonesOther duties as assignedThis position is full time with a work schedule of Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. This is a salaried position. Salary may increase based on successful performance and tenure with the company. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. Successful candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
