Location: Rancho Dominguez, CA
Salary: $43,000–$45,000 annually (DOE)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Due to continued business growth and new client acquisitions, we are seeking a motivated Account Specialist / Customer Service Representative to join our team.

After completing training, you will primarily manage three Japanese-speaking corporate accounts while serving as the main point of contact for customer support and logistics coordination.

During the training period, you will gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations—including order processing, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management—to develop a solid understanding of logistics operations and provide effective solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Account Management

• Manage assigned corporate customer accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Coordinate with vendors and transportation companies
• Communicate with headquarters in Japan
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Update and maintain internal operating systems
• Assist with process improvements and operational support

Logistics & Warehouse Operations

• Process shipping and receiving orders
• Coordinate import/export forwarding procedures
• Prepare shipping documents for domestic and international shipments
• Generate shipping lists and operational reports
• Monitor inventory movements and inventory accuracy
• Perform picking, packing, labeling, and other warehouse support duties as needed

Qualifications

• Professional-level Japanese language proficiency
• Basic English communication skills
• Basic Excel skills (formulas required; VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP experience is a plus)
• Comfortable using computers and general office software
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

During the holiday season, up to approximately one hour of overtime per day may occasionally be required.
