Project Manager-Manufacturing

Project Manager needed in Fort Pierce, FL. Looking for an engineer who is great at multi-tasking and likes working in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications B.S. degree in related engineering field (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, etc.) is preferred, but sufficient experience will do. A minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager. Strong knowledge of ASME B31.1, B31.3, ASME Section VIII Division I, ASTM Section IX preferred (anyone with manufacturing experience might be considered). Strong knowledge of 3D CAD modeling, drawings and machine design; company uses 3D AutoCAD and Inventor—only for modifications or clean‑ups, not heavy design (design department handles this). Good understanding of manufacturing processes including turning, milling, and welding. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Capacity to handle a fast pace and high‑pressure workload. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects. Review, comprehend and execute projects in accordance with project plans and specification documents. Develop, organize, and obtain approvals on product submittals. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Balance risk management and cost optimization to minimize potential risks while maximizing profits. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Order materials per plans, specifications and approved submittals. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress; share with clients and staff. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs. Revise and maintain minor corrections to CAD models and Bill’s of Materials. Perform other related duties as assigned. Participate in QA/QC process. Must be able to work in Ft. Pierce, FL.
