Contract Duration: Multiple start dates available
Shift: Hybrid (M-F): Morning clinic 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM, or inpatient coverage on weekends
Hours per week: Variable based on coverage needs
Employment Type: Per diem/Contract
Licensure/Certifications: Licensed or eligible in NM
Experience: Prior Urology experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Competitive Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: pay details based on internal rates)
Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

What You'll Do

Manage adult urology outpatient and inpatient cases
Conduct consultation and follow-up appointments
Collaborate with local staff, nursing, and hospitalists
Provide inpatient rounding and elective procedures
Respond to phone consults (5-10 per day)
Support hospital admissions managed by hospitalists
Offer clinic coverage or inpatient-only shifts, including weekends
Maintain high-quality patient care and documentation

What You Need

Valid medical license or eligible in New Mexico
Urology certification or board eligibility
Minimum of 2+ years of Urology experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

This opportunity involves both outpatient and inpatient Urology services at a leading facility in Las Cruces, NM. You will be supported by local urologists, nursing staff, and hospitalists, providing a comprehensive environment to deliver patient care. The schedule is flexible, with options for clinic and inpatient coverage, including some weekend shifts.
