Quick Facts Location: 2450 South Telshor Boulevard, Las Cruces, NM 88011 Start Date: 08/24/2026 Duration: Ongoing / as agreed Shift: Hybrid (clinic & inpatient; specific days vary) Hours/week: Variable, typically 10 hours per day for clinic, additional inpatient hours as needed Employment Type: Locum Tenens Licensing/Certifications: Valid medical license in NM (required) Experience: Prior Urology experience preferred but not mandatory Pay & Benefits Pay rate: $1.00/hour (please note this is placeholder; actual pay discussed upon application) Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team throughout your assignment Paid sick time as per state and federal laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide urological consultations and outpatient clinic care Manage inpatient urology patients during rounds and call shifts Respond to 5-10 phone consults daily, supported by local urologists, nursing staff, and hospitalists Participate in scheduled clinic days and inpatient call coverage, including weekends when applicable Assist with elective procedures and active hospital consults Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care What You NeedRequired: Valid medical license in New Mexico Urology certification or license as applicable At least 1 year of Urology practice experience preferred Strong communication and team collaboration skills Preferred: Experience in outpatient and inpatient Urology settings Ability to cover flexible schedules, including weekends for inpatient shifts About the Assignment This role involves providing comprehensive urology care both in clinic and inpatient settings at a leading facility in Las Cruces, NM.
