Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Purchasing team- a person who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!

What are we looking for?

• A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests and vendors
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
• A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success

What would you bring to the table?

• Passion and desire to grow in the finance career path; preferably have or working on a business degree
• Accounting experience preferred
• Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50lbs and move around the departments throughout the resort

What would your job responsibilities be?

• Receive, inspect, and process all incoming food, beverage, and non-food deliveries, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders, invoices, and product specifications
• Verify the quantity, quality, and pricing of received goods; accurately document receipt on invoices
• Enter daily receiving transactions into the Purchasing/Inventory system and generate timely Daily Receiving Reports
• Ensure all received goods are promptly delivered to the appropriate storage or holding areas
• Maintain organized, sanitary, and secure storage areas in accordance with company standards and food safety requirements
• Issue, store, price, rotate, and monitor inventory goods to maintain proper stock levels and support operational needs
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Director of Finance
